Our organisation
In the Tero cooperative, the experts work together and with the technical team. All of them benefit from a network of people and structures strongly invested in SSE and agricultural development.
Our original organisation allows us to set up teams of competent associate experts according to demand and to occasionally call on other members for support in terms of methodological, thematic or contextual knowledge. In addition to providing support on assignments, the members regularly take part in thematic discussion groups and in discussions on tools and methods, and actively participate in the cooperative's progress.
