Final external evaluation of the SARA food security project in 3 regions of Guinea

The SARA-G project aims to strengthen the resilience and autonomy of family farmers and small rural entrepreneurs in local agricultural sectors in Middle Guinea and Forest Guinea to enable them to secure their food and income in the face of the severe constraints of their environment.TERO was selected by GRET to carry out the final external evaluation of the “Food Security, Resilience and Agroecology in Guinea” (SARA-G) project. This project is being implemented by a consortium of partners over the period from October 2016 to October 2019, under the coordination of GRET.The objectives of the final evaluation are : (i) provide the project team and stakeholders with an assessment of its action and the activities carried out; (ii) assess the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability/sustainability of the activities; (iii) draw lessons learned and make recommendations for future interventions.
