Tero has been mandated by the NGO Triangle Génération Humanitaire (TGH) to carry out a mid-term evaluation of the Iboungbi project, a multi-sectoral local development project in the North-East of the Central African Republic, financed by the AFD to the tune of 15 million euros and implemented by the TGH-Première Urgence Internationale (PUI) consortium. The objective of this study is to assess the progress of the project’s activities, the level of integration and participation of stakeholders, the links and synergies between activities and partners, the project’s enabling factors and barriers/critical issues, good practices and lessons learned from experiences and possible reorientation needs, the capacity of local partners and the community to foresee the long-term sustainability of activities. It is also a question of providing recommendations on all aspects in order to best orient the implementation of the project’s continuation.
