This project, implemented by the FERT association in Madagascar in partnership with Fifata and Fekama from November 2016 to the end of December 2019, is cofinanced by AFD. Its overall objective is to foster the emergence of a new generation of farmers who are trained, professionally integrated and involved in rural areas, thus helping to improve the living conditions of families living from agriculture.The objectives of this evaluation requested from TERO are to assess :
- The results and effects of the actions carried out by Fekama and the PROJA member PROs of Fifata towards rural youth, particularly from the point of view of the changes observed;
- The evolution of the viability of Fekama in its different dimensions (technical, organizational, financial, relational …);
- Changes in the perception of technical and financial partners vis-à-vis Fekama and the evolution of the influence of Fekama and Fifata on public policies for training and professional integration in agriculture.
